Dr. Jack Spector has been performing forensic psychological and neuropsychological evaluations and consultation in civil, criminal, and competency/ capacity matters for more than 25 years. He has testified in state, federal, and administrative courts, as well as courts martial.
Dr. Spector has testified as an expert in neuropsychology and clinical psychology with respect to traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, neurotoxic exposure, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, somatoform disorders, malingering and factitious disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, developmental learning disorders, and other. He has been admitted as an expert in civil and criminal maters in Federal Court as well as in numerous state courts.
Dr. Spector also provides indirect forensic consultations, including peer reviews and reviews of other experts’ work product, prepares questions for depositions and cross examination of opposing experts, helps prep testifying experts, and advises on matters involving adverse or abusive discovery.
Dr. Spector also provides confidential case review, writing assistance, and supervision for colleagues performing forensic consultations.
